Do I need a Zipsale account to use Crosslist Assist?
Yes — Crosslist Assist works alongside Zipsale and requires an active Zipsale account. It automates the crosslisting steps that Zipsale doesn't handle, like category, colour, size and price. You'll need both.
What browsers does it work on?
Crosslist Assist works on any device running Google Chrome — Mac, Windows, or Linux. As long as you have Chrome installed, you're good to go.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free on any plan. A card is required to start the trial but you won't be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't pay a penny.
What happens if I hit my monthly item limit?
The extension will stop processing new items until your allowance resets at the start of your next billing cycle. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time if you need more capacity.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — no contracts, no lock-ins. Cancel any time from your billing dashboard and you won't be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Does it work with both Vinted and Depop?
Yes — Crosslist Assist supports Vinted, Depop, and a Both mode that processes each item for both platforms in a single run. Each platform has its own separate mapping rules so you can customise them independently.
